''Detach Me from My Head'' is the third studio album from dark wave/post-punk band Feeding Fingers. It was released on . It was the band's first album release since their move to Germany. The album came in on Musicfolio's Top 20 of 2010 for Gothic, Darkwave, Synthpop & Industrial. The album also reached Gothic Paradise's Top 10 of 2010. It was also chosen as one of the best albums of 2010 by Gothic Austria. The title track debuted at No. 1 on the Top 20 at Global Gothic Chart for October 2010., remaining on the list through 2011. The track also reach No. 10 on the Darkwave Top 30 on NRJ Lebanon. "I'm a Brutal Little Boy" was the second best song of 2010, according to Darklands' list of the top 10 songs of 2010.
